Meet Our Team

Tammy Buckway

At 42, as a single mother of seven children, I returned to school to obtain my registered nursing license. I furthered my education with a master’s degree in Nurse Education. My nursing career includes roles in long-term care, hospital, home health, and hospice settings. I taught nursing as a professor at Weber State University. I began working as a hospice nurse in 2011 providing care to individuals in homes. Currently, I am a hospice clinical manager with 19 years of experience working with seniors.
In 2023, my family moved to Arizona to manage senior group homes. I am dedicated to ensuring that seniors receive care emphasizing dignity and quality of life. At Premiere Senior Home Care, we aim to create a home-like environment for that caters to each residents cultural, medical and personal needs. I want my residents to feel like our home is their home

Daniela Nelson

I am a proud mom to 2 amazing young men, I was born in Mexico and am fluent in Spanish. I became a Registered Nurse with the primary goal of aiding those in need, and over the past 21 years, my love for the elderly has defined my career.
I have accumulated extensive experience in geriatrics with my background spanning over various areas including Long TermCare, Hospice, Instructor for CNA program, Medical-Surgical inpatient care, and Emergency room services. Each role has enriched my understanding in addressing the unique medical, emotional, and social needs of the elderly.
In 2023, I moved to Arizona to manage group homes, with a steadfast goal to ensure that seniors and their families find a safe place that feels like home. It is my mission to meet the comprehensive needs of the elderly by creating environments where they can thrive with dignity and respect. My journey is fueled by a love for the elderly and a deep-seated drive to support their well-being in every possible way.

Valerie Rodgers

I am a compassionate healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with the geriatric population. As a proud mom of four beautiful children and a happily married woman, I understand the importance of family and the care needed to create a safe, nurturing environment for loved ones.

With a background as a nurse in long-term care, medical-surgical, and hospice settings, I have developed a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors. My focus is on ensuring each resident has a safe place to live and feels valued and supported.

Known for my compassion, empathy, loyalty, and nurturing nature, I am committed to providing the highest standard of care to those who can no longer remain in their own homes. My goal is to offer families peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable, caring hands and receiving the attention they deserve.
